Ingredients (Simple & Essential)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (Jif or Skippy work best)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3–4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (optional for dipping)

How to Make Them

1. Mix the Dough

Beat the peanut butter and softened butter together until creamy.
Add powdered sugar a cup at a time until the dough becomes firm and not sticky.
Stir in the vanilla.

2. Roll Into Balls

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls.
Place on a tray lined with parchment.

3. Chill

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes so they firm up.

4. Dip in Chocolate (Optional but so good!)

Melt chocolate chips.
Dip each ball and let the extra chocolate drip off.
Place back on the tray.

5. Set & Store

Chill until the chocolate hardens.
